Shipping policy

Dispatch & Delivery: We pack and dispatch all items within one business day of receiving cleared payment. We use various carriers, depending of the weight of the item yet always with recorded delivery. Other express delivery services are available upon request at extra cost.

Gift packaging: We do not offer gift or box packaging.

International Shipping: We offer international postage on most items. Please confirm shipping charges before placing your order. A careful consideration must be paid to the import duties, taxes and charges as they are not included in the item price or P&P charges, and they are the buyer's responsibility. Check with your country customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. We will not mark items as "gift" or fraudulently misrepresent the value.

Loss or Damage: We use professional packing materials and comply with courier packing guidelines to minimise the chance of damage. We also retain proof of posting for our items. For any item damaged or not received within 14 working days after receiving our dispatched note, you must email us straight away. Where not received item, claim is raised after 14 days it will be at our discretion to consider this claim (see Returns & Refunds).
